General Description
⚫ Target applications are decoupling and filtering of active devices when miniaturization is required. This product is a single 220pF capacitor in 0.44 x 0.44mm package size. 
⚫ MMSC06A capacitors have the bottom electrode in Ti/Ni/Ag (0.9µm) and top electrode in aluminum.
